The momentum behind this is undeniable and it proves Disney cannot keep ignoring Lando. Keep flooding their inboxes and do not let them forget that Billy Dee Williams is essential to this franchise.

its just wrong to not include him. it would be like leaving scotty or uhura out of star trek.
Lando's story was left hanging... such a strong character cannot be tossed aside!
I named my cat Lando for crying out loud! Do you know how depressed he is that his hero is not in Episode VII? You'll cast a walking lensflare but not the guy who blew up the 2nd Death Star???? Get with it J.J.!!!!
Lando was a big part of Episodes 5 and 6. I consider him an essential character, and he's a very close friend of Han Solo. We sincerely request you bring Billy Dee Williams back for at least Episode 7.
Please brign him on board. We need more people of color. Plus you will make a lot of fans happy!

I grew up watching these classic movies and love the characters like close childhood friends. Landon's rough charm and chemistry as Solo's friend not only added overall humor and some warmth to the storyline, but also gave us an opportunity to see Into Solo's past and better define his world. It would be a travesty to not include this beloved character and his banter with Solo in these new installments. It will simply not feel right if Lando is not allowed to make a reprise appearance. Even a minor role or a couple of cameos would be enough.
