Indigenous people should not
Be killed on their own land. Cole Stump deserves a thorough investigation into why 2 police officers shot at murdered him, a young man with so much life left to live. Justice must be seen out.

They should welcome an investigation, if they did nothing wrong to clear their name. The evidence shows that excessive force seems to always be used against people of color in Montana compared to white people for the same crime!

The numbers of civilians killed by police in Billings are devastating and disproportionate high given the population. They also disproportionately affect black, brown, indigenous and other people of color. As a Montana I am requesting an investigation in the department and all officer related deaths.
