These policemen need to be held accountable. People, especially Natives should not have to be afraid of police officers. If they are not held accountable in this world they will have to face God our Father on judgement day!!!

I respect and support the many law enforcement and peace keeping officers of Montana, however review and implicit bias reform needs to happen for the agencies to move forward. Legal force must be investigated so that the public can be assured that it was the last possible resort for peacekeeping and community safety. We must heal the distrust between law enforcement and the people, especially minority or marginalized communities. Review and transparency are the only way forward.

I was charged amd held for more than one year. Charges were dropped, officdr Clyatt was fired but my life was in ruins.so much more to this story.....
