This petition intended to express out anger at the BILLBOARD management for making an adjustment in the way the albums charts are worked out, exactly in the week when Britney Spears released her album! THE ADJUSTMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE BEGINNING OF A NEW YEAR TO BE FAIR WITH ALL ARTISTS!!!!
