BILLBOARD WITHOUT YOUTUBE STREAMS
Last week we can saw that Billboard announced changes in their "chart formula", incluiding YouTube's streams to it, making "Harlem Shake" go from nothing to #1. Is it this a good idea? Many people disagree in social networks for a lot of reasons, so I try to make a petition for BILLBOARD MAGAZINE to change the chart formula again. There are some reasons for this: - New artists won't have every chances to "famous artists" for VEVO. - Is easier to get a #1 because of YouTube's views (an almost all-beat song reach #1). - No offence, but every One Direction's & Justin Bieber's single will go to #1 ''cuz of YouTube views. - "YouTube Memes" (like "Gangman Style" & "Harlem Shake") will be FOREVER in the chart, and possibly in #1. - First week with this new rule: up 50% of Hot 100 went down.
