I believe there should be a death penalty or severe punishments for rapist and pedophiles. This should be passed because it's not right for someone to do a couple years in prison for scaring someone's life permanently. Imagine living for your entire life knowing you were abused as a child. Or imagine getting a call from the police department informing you that your son or daughter was rapped. How would you feel? Would you feel that a 5 year sentence to a state prison would be justified? Nothing would ever be the for you or your family again. This is why i believe you should Bill the Cosby.
