My kids grew up skating here and we owe it all to Bill. This is such a cool way to say thanks for all those cold mornings spent clearing the ice.

Bill has created a space that breeds joy. This remarkable volunteer effort is an example of what makes Missoula so unique. What is most remarkable is the consistency to this project. 46 years. And he keeps tinkering with the ice and organizing volunteers to continue to improve. He has even included a public art feature. The Bill Bevis Ice Rink is a well deserved honor.
