I think all these are valid points, especially about the cuts, we need new cuts and should be able to wear hoodies and large flannels underneath.

If we get this dlc, I can comfortably say that the biker community is complete

I've been in the community for 4 years now we New need bikers part 2 we only had one small update for us 2 and a half years ago I'm tired of mafia and military having all the fun we need it too

Riding Revolt MC on PC supports this. We are grateful for the first DLC but many other DLCs have gotten part 2s to fill in things they missed, I don't see why this should be any different.
