This is simply a cash grab for the town as they have been hoarding land from tax seizure for YEARS in the town and not re-auctioning off that seized property, Thus lowering the town's tax base.
This will be an eyesore and a detriment to everyone and everything around it.

Otis, specifically Big Pond does not need a cell tower. The risks are far reaching. My family has owned a cottage on Big pond for more than 45 years. The idea of a cell tower ruining the beauty of Big Pond is disappointing and completely unnecessary. There has to be a better spot that is less disruptive to the environment and residents of Otis who love Big Pond.
