No cell tower . We bought the land to protect wildlife and be remote and don't want the value to decrease.

My family owns a primary residence on the East Shore of Big Pond and we staunchly oppose the building of a cell phone tower in direct line of sight of our house and all the other residents this affects, this tower is too close to the pristine waters of Big Pond and will destroy the very character that make our town and pond special. Cell phone coverage is more than adequate for the area, and a building of such a tower will decrease the value of the land surrounding it. As people look to live in waterfront areas, they will not choose Big Pond because there is a huge tower blocking the sunset for the entire pond.

The prposed site is in very close proximity to my house and Big Pond and is not necessary. I strongly oppose such a project.

When my wife and I were building a house in Otis, the zoning board made sure we did not obstruct our neighbor’s view. A cell tower in close proximity of Big Pond will obstruct our view of the beautiful sunsets we have come to enjoy. Move the tower to another location where it does not obstruct anyone’s view.

The cell tower should not be so close to the Girl Scout camp, the houses on the road., the town beach. I agree that the cell phone service is already good.. And now we have internet. I am quite cettain that other less populated sites can be found. S o why do we need a cell phone tower?

Please do not allow this. We don’t need a cell tower. It will change the look of our lake. I know the zoning board in town does not allow homeowners to build anything that will block others from seeing any lake so why allow something like a cell tower to change our view. Please don’t! We don’t need it.

Cell towers are a known health hazard. Hurtful to both human & animal life. It would be detrimental to the peace & tranquility of the lake environment. That is the type of abomination that people buy lake property to escape. Smarten up!!

There must be a better location than this. It's great to have a town beach for all Otis residents to enjoy at the north end of Big Pond. It would be a shame to have a 140 foot tower looming over such a peaceful town owned facility.
