The Big 4 Festival is a music festival featuring live performances by Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax, collectively known as "The Big 4" of thrash metal. The first event took place on 22 June 2010 at the Sonisphere Festival at Vasil Levski National Stadium, Sofia, Bulgaria. At present, the tour is visiting a number of countries, but South Africa is currently excluded from all tour plans. The purpose of this petition is to garner support for this cause in order to provide promoters with feedback, in order to bring the festival to South Africa.
