Reaching this level of support shows that people are finally seeing what has been broken for a long time. It is exhausting to keep pushing when the front office stays silent but your response keeps me moving forward.

I am not Neil. But would like to say Neil is a real GM, he is a weak sauce actor who has no grasp of the league.
If the Blazers refuse to help Dame win, and I mean now, then kiss him goodbye. To that end I suggest the GM be replaced with the kind of guy who will swing for the fences. Metaphorically speaking.
Time to move into a different philosophy to stack up the roster around Dame. Think Defense
Neil is/was more liable for the last 9 season than Terry ever was. He needs to go.
It's time for fresh perspectives and energy. Neil is not the guy for the job anymore.
