The City of Jacksonville should require that future construction and operation of a second landfill at Trail Ridge is competitively bid, and not given to Waste Management for a minimum of 19 years without taking other proposals from others in the industry.

Enough with the monopolies. We deserve a fair price and the city needs to actually let other companies compete for once.
