I have lived on the Big Island for the last 16 years in rental units. This situation is out of control. Absolutely no regulations on vacation rental properties. Fed up with the lack of clean, safe, fair rentals and rental practices from landlords and rental management companies. Application fees are illegal. So is no visitors, no pets, no trucks! These are all forms of discrimination. We need to speak up or nothing will change!

The rental market is beyond unfair, and out of control here on the Big Island. We are starting to see Kona pricing out here in HOVE, for shacks!

Yay! About time we come together, make change and provide homes for the residents of the island!
