Bloomfield Schools are supposedly "the best" and receiving the most funds from the State -- Let's get it together and ACT like it, by offering 100% in-person face to face schooling for our children. Teachers and families who want something other than in-person still have their choice, but denying our children a quality in-person education is not only a disservice to our tax payers, but also to the children. We can do better!

Medical professionals stepped up in March and April. It is now October. This is borderline insanity. It’s their turn to PASS the baton to educational systems. School has been and always will be essential. Back to school full-time immediately. It’s YOUR turn now educators.

If parents do not want to send their kids to school or if there are teachers who do not want to teach face to face, that is their decision. But it is Un-American to deny us our choice.

We conservatively stepped into Hybrid mode even when the Strategy for Pandemic Resilient Teaching and Learning risk level would enable full in-person. Let’s make a plan immediately to bring a phased in full-in person approach now and monitor until go live. The current hybrid model is inadequate now, and imagine when screen fatigue and the excitement of the start of school begins to wear down in the next days and weeks.

My children are suffering by not being in school full time. They need to be back in school to get a good education and all the great experiences that come with in person learning. Thank you.

Agreed, the current situation is a huge disservice to many students, parents should have the choice to send their students to school five days per week.
