Mrs Holowicki was my AP World History teacher last year. Let me tell you, it was one HECK of a year for her. She’s been through it all thick and thin but everyday she managed to come in the most positive attitude! She really was my inspiration and pushed me to better myself. In addition I believe she helped improve my GPA and my motivation through the rigorous work that she provided. I honestly believe that Mrs. Holowicki should be one of the LAST teachers to be taken away from VBPS. She loves what she does and so many students love her for her ambition and dedication to teaching.

Holowicki is the most kind, caring, and devoted teacher ever! She really wants students to know the material and encourages everyone through challenging coursework, fun learning activities, and kind spirit. BHS wouldn’t be the same without her.

Holowicki is one of my favorite teachers. She is singlehandedly responsible for challenging my previously closed off view of the world. In her class we didn’t just learn how world history, but also the importance of appreciating diversity, debate skills, how to thoroughly and properly absorb information, and so much more. I was able to get a 4 on the AP World test due to her rigorous courseload and guided teaching. Besides all of this, she is one of only a few teachers who I can honestly say are passionate about what they do.

Mrs. Kellen Kennedy is one of the best teachers I've ever had as well as one of the overall best people I've ever met. Ask any motivated student she's ever taught, and they'll tell you the same. Mrs.Holowicki is of the rare breed of teachers that truly love their job and drives their students to not only be great learners but great people and critical thinkers. Letting her go would be huge detriment to your staff, future students, and BHS as a whole. As a student who has had her for two years and takes classes for the sole reason that she teaches them, please reconsider your decision.
