I am living on the ''DOLE' of my sister. at 63 with handicap it is very difficult to find a job as I am mentally devastated. My wife lived with me with her two daughters from a previous marriage for EIGHT YEARS, through her divorce, and then for SIXTEEN YEARS OF OUR MARRIED LIFE. SHE LEFT ME IN MAY 2009. As of today our marriage is 19 years old. That it is tantamount to mental cruelty is inherent apart from Desertion. The Respondent is rich, and is employed getting a salary of over 5,00,000 p.a. her daughters are not dependent on her. We have one son, who is in a law university. and turned 18 in May 2011. I have NO PROPERTY, NO LIFE INSURANCE, NO JEWELER Y, I HAVE NO INCOME HENCE NO TAX. She has in her name property which was acquired after nine years of our marriage. I want to file a petition to dissolve the marriage as well as for support.
