BE IT RESOLVED, this 7th day of December 2011 that the NID Exploratory Committee of the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation advises the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation's Board of Directors to authorize moving forward with the NID planning efforts in 2012, together with the organization’s East End partners (Bloomfield Development Corporation, Lawrencevillle Corporation).
