It is evident that the city is responsible - in part- for the deterioration of the pavement. The lack of attention at an early stage of the potholes as well as the poor remedies used for their correction in addition to the circulation of heavy trucks have contributed to it's accelerated destruction. So my suggestion is to request from the city a monetary contribution. Given the increase in traffic and tonnage of trucks is suggested to perform a soil study before applying the top or asphalt surface. We support. Is there a way to include a provision that would lower the taxes during the same period since expected increase in property values will make up for the lost Revenue [due to a lower rate] ?
