1 time in life....seriously consider the childrens safety....enjoyment.....pride.....they will take experiencing the best game in America on better than trash fields. I grew up playing there....I LOVE RIDGE BEVERLY....THERE IS A PRIDE 1 TAKES IN SUCCEDING ON THE WORST FIELD AND FACILTIES IN THE SOUTH SIDE. JACKIE ROBINSON LITTLE LEAGUE TRUMPS RIDGE BEV. . AND I LOVE RIDGE BEV. TIME TO STEP IT UP AND D.E.M.O.N.S.T.R.8 HOW MUCH U VALUE UR KIDS.

Had problems all through the 90’s when I was involved in RB baseball. Great park a lot of great memories very frustrating trying to get things done. Called the Park District headquarters one time told them we lost an 8 year old on the peewee field just to get the grass cut. 2 weeks later they cut the grass
