We just hit five hundred signatures. It has been an exhausting road to get here but seeing this level of frustration across the islands reminds me why we started.

The stories coming in about broken connections are frustrating to read but they prove exactly why this fight is necessary. I am spending my evenings compiling these accounts for the Ofcom submission because the reality on the ground needs to be clear.

Reaching this level of support has been a long road and the weight of your stories about connectivity struggles is sinking in. It is exhausting to see how many people are being left behind but knowing we are doing this together keeps me going.

Broadband on the West Side where I live was very good however it is now down to less than 1Mbps. Despite a call to the call centre nothing has changed. Had similar experience to others signing. BT tell me the line will line will do 8Mbps but cannot explain why I only get less than 1Mbps

My speed has slowed down to probably below dial up speed recently. BT helpline does not help at all. They told me that 8 meg is reaching my home but I find this hard to believe. My speed is that slow that it is not even capable of doing a speed test. Another issue that annoyed me was receiving a text from their helpline praising themselves for getting my speed faster which was a lie.

Living in stornoway and the internet is basically non existent. Can barely load a webpage let alone check my emails. Its 2016 we need better service up here.

My kids cant even do their school work online because it takes ten minutes just to load a search page. Sick of paying full price for half a service.
