We wish to pass on to you important information about the status of the AUBURNDALE SOCCER CLUB, an organization for the children in our community. If you are a coach, manager or parent of any team playing in Auburndale, this matter concerns you very much. There is a group of individuals that want to put at risk the future of the club and its children; it is time to put a stop to this absurdity.
Please join us as a MEMBER of the club in approving a motion to dismiss, effective immediately, the following directors and oficers:
Mark Magnozzi Legal Counsel; Amadeo Pulley Director; Thomas Rossi Secretary; Thomas DeBonis President
These individuals have failed as Directors and Officers in their fiduciary responsibilties to the members and associate members (children) of the ASC . They have been deemed ineffective and not acting in the best interests of our club. Addtionally, they have a continuing Conflict of Interest that can not be reconciled. Finally, these individuals are not interacting well with the other direcors and officers.
We need your support. Please sign this petition to support the remaining Directors and Officers so that they may have an opportunity to make our club successful. If you know of anyone that has ties to Auburndale Soccer Club, please have inform them of our situation and help our cause.
