Why should we do the same jobs as other people but because it's a different location you pay different that don't make sense, mostly like your profit in other areas are low so you take advantage of rider in areas outside London below minimum wage aswell

My mate (hass) works way too hard for me just £6. Often scraped by cars on his way to deliveries; for £6 it's not fair.

Takes a lot out of the legs, I use recovery shakes to allow me to perform the following day's shifts and have to carefully plan eating throughout the day to maintain energy levels

It seems unfair that riders doing the same job are paid a higher wage in other areas of the country, especially considering the hilly roads that we have to tackle in Guildford, thank you

Apparently there's a problem of some people not turning up to shifts so some extra pay might sort that one out and end up off-setting some of the extra cash spent on wages. Cheers £££

It would definitely motivate us to work harder.
In fact, I really like the way UbeEats pays per Mile....I think that would be a great addition to Deliveroo because it pushes us to work harder and not get demotivated with deliveries that are far away :)
Good luck!

I work for Deliveroo and the hills can really affect the amount of deliveries you can do in a shift as a cyclist. With the extra £1 it would make a huge difference.

7 pounds!
And cost of living, too.
