I have rented two different apartments on two of Reed Bostic. The first one I rented was in Meadowbrooke and the carpets were really nasty and turned out to be infested with bed bugs & roaches! My heat went out every few days*this was January when it was really cold* and I had a newborn baby and it was so cold that I had to take him somewhere else every time. Everytime it went out they took days and a couple times a week to come fix it, and when I would try to get in touch with the office workers they would ignore my many calls and texts. Then my sink would leak in my kitchen and would cause my whole house to flood and would get in my carpets, which I know was causes mold. They would send someone to come rig the heat and the sink and never really fixed it because I kept having the same problems! Due to the infestation of bugs I had to get rid of all of my furniture and request to be moved. When I moved, I was moved to country lane. Before I moved I was told that water was included, but when I got all of my utilities turned on I realized my water wasn’t working. I text one of the office workers and they said my water wasn’t working because it wasn’t turned on, but I was told before I moved it was included. When I did get my water bill it was $115 because of a leak that I’ve had since I’ve been there and still isn’t fixed. When I moved in I realized that it was infested with mice... they were getting into all of my food causing me to have to throw them away, they run constantly and you can hear them, they’re so bad they’ve been running through my walls and you can hear them very well. Also, a few days after I moved in, I noticed my ceiling was leaking in my living room and I told them as soon as I noticed it. A few days passed and still no one showed up to fix it after me calling then numerous times. I got a lots to say when we get to court and I do believe that Justice will be done.You got to see it to believe it for real.It is so sad and kids out here too.Sewage on top of the ground,kids playing in it bare footed and riding their bikes through it If you drink the water in here,you will be sick as a dog. The Truth is finally coming out And I am so happy every one is waking up. I have been through Hell And back out here,I have never saw Apartments like these before that has so much wrong with them And never gets fixed. I got a lots to say when we get to court and I do believe that Justice will be done.You got to see it to believe it for real.It is so sad and kids out here too.Sewage on top of the ground,kids playing in it bare footed and riding their bikes through it If you drink the water in here,you will be sick as a dog. Air conditioning Been out several times, something wrong with the wiring I'm my bathroom no lights in there for over 3 months they sent someone to look at but still not fixed...my kitchen sink drains under the cabinet6 so I can't run any water in the kitchen thats been like that for over 3 months it was leaking they came fixed the leak and messed up the drain...my door wasn't able to lock since I moved out there They sent someone to fix it and they took of my bolt lock n didn't replace it had to get one of my own they replaced the bottom lock n didnt even give me the key

Will not fix anything. Moved into the apt I'm in now over 2 years ago from the previous one I was in for almost 8 years. Had to move into this one because entire apt flooded and there was black mold throughout the entire apt. 2 days later they sucked all of the water out and painted over the entire apt and moved someone in the very next day. Didn't clean repair nothing so therefore they just painted over all of the mold. Now the new apt they moved us in the floors were horrible and were supposed to be removed over 2 years ago. Our air unit has went out over 5 times in the last year. And now our sink has been leaking for over a month, cant wash dishes or anything. They had someone come look at it last month and he claimed he would have to order a new sink which is fine, but he said give it about a week to come in. Well that was a month ago. Now they want to knock on the and ask about rent well maybe when you come fix the things that are broken you will get it. Until then no!!!! Also they just recently started charging a water bill, I believe we have received two so far. Both water Bill's over 250.00$ after the first one the water man came and said that there has to be a leak for the bill to be that expensive. So he finds out that the toilet is leaking causing the water bill to be so high. Well second bill just came out 300 and they continually calling asking when it will be paid. Once again if the problem would have been fixed 2 months ago like it was supposed to have been then my bill would be correct. So therefore I should not be having to pay over 200 dollars for a water bill. This is just ridiculous. Then the new so called "manager" claims that rent will soon be going up. What do these people think?? Noone is going to keep going for this mess!!!!!

I kept complaining about a leak in my air unit they never came to fix it. As a result my air conditioning stopped working & didn’t get fixed until 5 days later! They finally fixed the air but the leak is STILL there, causing all of my clothes in the laundry room to get soaked & covered in mold!
