Current laws in Ireland regarding a mail cruelty are not sufficient. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Law without enforcement is pointless, the abuse of animals in this country is as bad as ever. The full enforcemt of the new Law & imprisonment for those who break is urgently needed. The Law also needs to be extended to fully protect cats. Mary Hodgkinson.
