I think many people believe that the coffee brewed at the Grey Nuns Hospital cafeteria is simply not good. Coffee is very important for those that work in hospitals as many work long hours and cannot necessarily leave the facility to purchase a better product. It is also important for families visiting loved ones as it can be a stressful time in which they may also experience sleep deprivation. I would like to see the administration invite a local company (Transcend as an example) to set up a coffee kiosk or cart in the building. Please consider signing this petition if you agree.

Yes one that stays open later than 9pm, they usually dump their coffee way before that time anyway! So frustrating when that is your coffee break time!
I don’t drink coffee but on behalf of my coworkers and the patients & families we work with I’m adding my name.
I support changing out the coffee and willing to pay more if it means better tasting coffee. Transcend is a great option, supporting local too!
I work 20+ hours per week at the Nuns and couldn’t agree more. My friend is part-owner of Monogram Coffee in Calgary. They are wonderful guys and all have competed in international coffee making championships. I could see if they would be interested in setting something up
The sugar and cream needed to make our current coffee appealing does not support the health and wellbeing of staff, visitors and patients....

I do not drink the coffee available at the GNH cafeteria because it is "bitter". If desperate, I will on occasion, purchase it and dilute with water 50%. I agree that the coffee here is terrible. I request that a new local vender (not a machine) with more coffee choices be available.
