It is ridiculous we have adsl2 to our suburb but can't connect to it.

For those of us in the area that run business's from home and need a good and reliable internet, the current service is slow, and intermittent. University Students also experience contual

This matter needs to be addressed as a matter of URGENCY. With the digital age upon us; reliable internet access is no longer a luxury - it is a necessity. However, the two abovementioned suburbs, less than 30kms from the Brisbane CBD remain a fringe spot for reliable internet access. Most people are unable to access fast and stable internet, many relying on highly-priced mobile broadband (which also does not work). NBN needs to be fast-tracked to this area.. I understand politics seem to be involved heavily in the NBN rollout areas; however this is people's livelihoods we are dealing with. Please seriously consider this request. Thank you.

We not only deal with the lack of access to ADSL, but the limited signal strength of the mobile network, and a telephone line that has needed upgrading since 1988 (according to Telstra). It's incredible that a suburb of Brisbane should lack access to modern technology.

Despite being in metropolitan Brisbane we are relying on a poor satellite service. This causes numerous problems for my university studies, my daughter's schooling and my wife's business

in 2012 we moved to Karana Downs from Toowoomba and were devastated that we went backwards with our internet! ADSL 2 and ready for nbn to barely having ASDL1! It's been nearly impossible to run an online enterprise and/or to work remotely with the unreliable and slow internet of this area. We pay the same but for crappy availability. It's time for us to be treated like we are in Brisbane!

moved to the area in 2006. Internet has always been poor but is getting much worse with regular dropping out and slow speeds. Telstra just say that our local exchange needs upgrading but won't be dealt with unless there's a lot of feedback! I can't believe that there's not been enough feedback so far as everyone I speak to says the same and have spoken to Telstra about it :(

We need for Teltra to upgrade our local exchange and install a number of "cabinets" in the area to boost the ADSL signal on the copper lines. We are all too far away from the exchange to get decent signal.

We moved up from rural NSW 3 years ago and they had faster internet than us back then!

all the signs from Brisbane LITERALLY point to Mount Crosby, yet the government or service providers have left us off the map!!
