Awful. Constant dropping.
Works only 50% of the time. And even then, buffers constantly. Waste of every cent Bell is charging

The Internet and cell phone reception is horrible and we've been strongly considering changing providers. If nothing changes soon they will be losing our services.

Every week I have to call and get things fixed. They never tell you what is wrong, they just keep you on hold while they fix IT.

Rumour is Bell is bringing in Fibe in the spring. (hopefully it is true) Why do I have to pay for "high-speed" from now till then. 2mb is NOT high-speed!!!

If Bell is rewiring the Bay why not Fibre? Even the Bell service folks don't know why. Web pages demand more bandwidth and the phone lines are maxed out. In a year or two our service will be obsolete and we'll be denied access to rich content offered to city individuals who pay the same rates.

We are also paying for high speed service and are definitely not I repeat not receiving it.

Constance Bay Internet does work well our high speed suck. Called they repaired it work for 2 days and then began slow again. High speed unlimited price is too high for what we get for our buck. Will be changing provider. Looking for someone who can produce amazing speed

I feel totally 'ripped off' and NOT happy with my service.....this is nowhere near 'high speed' and most of the time does NOT work....I am ready to just cancel and have done for over a year in the past. Unless something is done I will 'jump ship' as soon as I can.

Not fair that is in the country pay for high speed internet when it's anything but. We need better better service in order to help our businesses etc

Horrible high speed internet every other day on Torbolton Ridge Rd too, and yet paying for high speed! Coverage is better at cottage in the hills in Quebec!

Some but not all of the infrastructure has been upgraded but for those of us getting less than 5 mbps, we are getting ripped of when paying real hi-speed rates.

$90 for 2mbps are you kidding?! Rip off.
