Fibre at my daughters house in Canterbury Woods out past the Cheshire Cat with very low population density. Just switched to PRIMUS for internet and telephone. Told BELL they could get me back with fibre..

Losing my internet, or having it slow down many times each day is ridiculous. Even worse is the fact that, even with past records of repair by replacement, during my latest attempt to solve my "Connected, no internet" problem I was told that the problem was that my extender (to which I was not connected) was "incompatible" with my new modem/router.

Hey BCE this the capital of Canada calling. Your service is disgusting here. How is it that your big shots at their Green Lake, Greater Madawaska have viber optic lines in the middle of nowhere but West Carleton doesn’t .
