In North Carolina that price is $372, and in Charlotte specifically, it is $508. Not only are prices for CT scans and MRIs more than the state and national average in Charlotte, the price of medical services in general is 20% higher than the national average. These number come from the work of economists and analysts at the Health Care Cost Institute.

it is crazy what they charge these days. i had to drive almost two hours just for an affordable scan because charlotte prices are just out of control. we need something done about this.
