Let landlord know - Bernstein's Bagels shouldn't go!

We've already lost too many cherished businesses to owner greed in St Johns. Please do the decent thing for the sake of the community.

Bernstein's brings so much to St. Johns and has done an amazing job with such a tiny space. Please reconsider against pushing them out of St. Johns.

I understand wanting to profit from a property, but figure out a plan with this business, or do a DumbellPDX model where some tenants agree to subsidize others.

This is devastating and property owner greed at it's worst. This is a THRIVING business that sells out every single day. If a raise in rent drives a business like this out, it is on the property owner. For shame.

Such good bagels. Every neighborhood needs a bagel shop. Please stay.

What an unnecessary loss of a much loved and popular neighborhood spot. They've done so much with such a tiny space! On a strip that's struggling to keep businesses open, I can't imagine what you expect to take it's place. Please reconsider!

Bernstein's is one of the coolest and highest quality businesses in St John's and North Portland period. Losing them would be a detriment to the area and generally a bad move. Why would you want to shut down an aweosme business that makes everyone happy ???

St Johns needs more businesses like Bernstein's Bagels. It's a shame the landlords can't figure that out. Seems to be a pattern of pushing people out of that space.
