Respectfully speaking I’m not certain why our ASSOCIATION manager (Sean Doherty and spouse) are each weighing in on this option, as they are not owners here in Berkshire, nor should they influence others.
Sean, did you mean to include trash pickup as a concern, if so, how?
Additionally, our own neighborhood faced daily trucks, their workers, plenty of noise, etc .during the 100 +/- homes being reroofed.
Sean, plz advise what number of households, if any, are currently renting in Berkshire. Thank you.

Why is this property address listed as 1S560 Luther Ave. Lombard, IL 60148? Seems rather strange when the surrounding property is all Oakbrook Terrace 60181. Essex, Oxford and west side of Luther are not Lombard. When a similar request was made several years ago and approval was denied, wasn’t the property part of Oakbrook Terrace?

Concerns: increased traffic on Luther, construction trucks and equipment on Luther, danger to children at park on Luther, type of architecture for houses. 10 homes - too many for that property. Constant noise from construction. Elimination of trees.

Has the 5 foot proximity been vetted with the local fire department to determine if this creates a more hazardous fire safety environment?
