We the undersigned, being residents of the Berkshire Condominium Association, express our opposition to the variance request in Zoning Petition Z19-035 Hur. We ask that the DuPage County Zoning Board of Appeals deny this request until the petitioner has met with representatives of our Association to discuss an alternative plan that we have created that will be more acceptable to and address the many concerns of our homeowners that are directly impacted by the planned urban development of 10 homes immediately adjacent to our property line.
