I was married to the man who bragged about committing these crimes. His name is Richard Lindsay. He has a lengthy criminal record stemming all the way back to the age of 17, Richard Lindsay is now 65. His past criminal record includes Attempted murder 2nd, sexual abuse 3rd, falsifying records, insurance fraud, Robbery, grand theft auto, petit larceny and more. Richard Lindsay set up Richard Berger to take the fall for these crimes. Richard Lindsay has done this to many others throughout the years and he is trying to get paroled out of Elmira Prison. If anyone is listening Richard Berger should be given a chance for freedom and Richard Lindsay needs to pay for his crimes by getting the appropriate sentence. Life in Prison with no possibility for parole! Richard Lindsay had over 66 counts of child sexual abuse and cut a deal he ended up with just the 2 counts of sexual abuse 3rd and Attempted murder. His parole hearing is this month October 14th. He is in Elmira Correctional facility in New York State awaiting a parole and sora hearing. Thank you, Amy Grist

I've visited this person a great amount of times. He's so great .he's nice and a kind individual who is spending his now good life in prison. He deserves a chance to be in this world the years he still has.

i believe that 28 years of incarceration is more than enough time served for the crime Berger was convicted of. Thus, I support his application for a commutation of the sentence.

28 years is way too long for a mistake made when he was just a kid. Let the man come home already.
