On April 1, 2010 President Obama signed into law, a bill that violates a 200+ years treaty with the Seneca Nation, as well as, countless other treaties throughout the United States with other Indian Nations. The Bill can be found here for reading at this link: Pact Act

Our Government wants to turn the clock back on the Indians, return them to the want, squalor and dependency of the past. The small measure of self sufficiency they have achieved to care for their people, to provide health and education programs and essential services will drastically diminish. This act which is supposedly to (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) will cost not only the Native Indians jobs, but it will cost the rest of America in almost the same way. The main shipment method of online cigarette sale was through the US Postal Service. They have already had to ask to raise stamp prices another 2 cents for next year because of the lost revenue they received from sales of online tobacco. I ask all Americans who are tired of our government to sign this petition and finally say no to their continued taxation with representation policy.
