Roblox was created by David Baszucki and Erik Cassel to be a safe, creative place where anyone could build games, share ideas, and connect. They gave millions of people a platform to express themselves, and I respect the vision they started.

But that vision is being betrayed. Grooming, predatory behavior, and exploitation happen far too often, and Roblox’s response is slow, weak, and more focused on PR than real action. The community has even watched situations like #FreeSchlep, where a creator exposing predators ended up punished, while many dangerous users still slip through the cracks. This shows exactly how broken Roblox’s priorities have become.

Meanwhile, the platform itself is shifting toward profit over people. Microtransactions are getting more aggressive, large studios get the spotlight, and smaller creators are left struggling. Roblox Studio is an incredible tool, but it’s intimidating for beginners. I’d make it more welcoming with built-in tutorials that guide new creators from their first block to their first published game.

I’m Benjistyles19, and if I became CEO, my top priority would be player safety. Predators would be removed immediately, grooming prevention would be proactive and effective, and moderation would finally be reliable. I’d also fight for fair treatment for all creators and make Roblox truly community-driven again.
