This petition concerns a request for the reinstatement of a beloved staff member of the Ritz Carlton Residences at Boston Common, Mr. Benjamin Daniels. Mr. Daniels has served the residents at the Ritz Carlton Boston Common since 2005. His relentless hospitality and attention to detail, unremitting respect for residents, and strong presence in this building have been missed tremendously within our community since his recent resignation in January of 2011. Mr. Daniels is known to residents as an exceptionally hard working and responsible employee who consistently avails himself of opportunities to provide exceptional service to residents. He makes assiduous efforts to know residents and their guests, provides additional assistance even when requests are not made of him, and seeks out opportunities to make us all feel comfortable and welcome each day. He is strikingly cheerful, optimistic, and eager to greet each resident and guest, and does so always with a great deal of charm, enthusiasm, and poise. We have been made aware that Mr. Daniels is eager to assume his previous responsibilities at the Ritz Carlton Residences—Boston Common, and by signing below, you would like to offer encouragement that his position be reinstated.
