We, the undersigned, believe that women who choose not to have children and therefore save HM Government money by not requiring Child Benefit should get some kind of financial incentive to help keep the population under control. We believe that women who choose not to have children are treated as social lepers when back in history they were viewed as sensible and morally responsible. We believe that women who choose not to have children should be given some kind of state benefit (to be withdrawn if they later decide to have children.) The fact that a woman has never given birth can be medically verified.
