The Bendigo Livestock Exchange must provide shelter to all animals in its care

Stop this cruel torture of sheep

To have those animals in those conditions is nothing but cruel

Humane care is paramount. They will literally suffocate and suffer terribly if this is allowed to go ahead. Should ne podtponed and proper humane conditions provided. Water and shelter from blazing sun.

Attend to this issue and look after the welfare of these animals.

We’re supposed to be a civilised country. This is no way to treat vulnerable animals.

You as council should be operating in an Animal Welfare manner. Ratepayers expect it, where selfish cost-cutting leaves animals suffering. You're no more civilized than mid. East shipping operators. As sheep numbers increase, this should demonstrate logic for additional day. Not cruelty & suffering.

The weather forecast has been out for days and this sale should have been cancelled in plenty of time, before the sheep were loaded and transported. There is no excuse for this cruelty.
