The European Parliament and the USA White House and Congress need to investigate thoroughly the full scope of Non-Consensual Human Experimentation and Covert Criminal Activities and to enforce the European Parliament and the USA federal and state laws that have already been enacted against Human Rights, Civil Liberties, and unlawful behavior. Those who authorized, designed, implemented, and supervised this regime of Non-Consensual Human Experimentation and Covert Criminal Activities in which healthcare professionals, European Parliament and the USA federal and/or state personnel, or civilians should be held accountable if further in-depth investigation confirms that they have violated any European Parliament and USA federal and state laws on professional behavior in ways that previously have been found to constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity by international tribunals. U.S. Executive Order 13526 Section 1.7 prohibits the use of the State Secrets clause to cover up crimes. These are crimes in the worst way. This is a for-profit program, using a "national security" system for criminals and the mentally ill against decent, innocent people for retaliation, revenge and worse. Right off the top of the billions of dollars handed out, who would miss a million or two? Trickled down to communities, who knows where it goes? - because the "threat" isn't real in the first place. Neighbors of those under 24/7 surveillance, attacks and harassment don't seem to have jobs to go to. However, have new vehicles, home remodeling and more.
