This technology is being orchestrated with widespread schemes to set up people who do not take bribes or pay (in whatever way is desired) including to stay out of the most extreme forms of the program. The most extreme forms of the program involve mapping, and hacking of people's brains and bodies while their consciousness is "turned off" or they are in some sort of very deep sleep similar to when you are under anesthesia. Physical networks and sensors are added to our bodies while in this deep sleep state, in order for full manipulation to occur. There are secret patents which likely have not been shared which involve sleep states, sleep walking and states of consciousness or unconsciousness. I have not been able to derive if this is classified information or not, so forgive me if I've inadvertently shared classified information. I have submitted requests for information and received no response. My concern is that those who simply would like to live their lives morally and nothing more, can be set up and marked as "pre-crime" or "pre-mental illness" victims and then be physically hacked. The set up also involves online identity theft, with hacker impersonations of the victims before the physical set up of the person has been made. It includes digital impersonation and renditions of the person using deceptive technologies of all kinds and includes photo, text and video deception.
