Since May 2000 after first time I arrived in USA, I experienced many strange phenomena happened on me, i.e. heavy head, sudden depressed feeling, red bumps appearing on my scalp over night, extremely tight lower back of my head around medulla oblongata, and my car seemed bugged. Since July 2011 I was attacked by irritating air emitting into my house in Baltimore County from the corners of left side wall and directed high energy pulse zapping from above or left side wall to my body. Then same kind of pulse zapped me from head to toe when I sit inside my working cubical in AAI Corp. located at Hunt Valley, MD. I couldn't sit still, nor focus on my work as the pulse was zapping and burning my body, so I quit the job in January 2012. it is true this weapon is dangerous . and it is high time a law be passed to monitor and control the abusive use of this weapon by any entity.

An freemason and illuminati, ass. prof. for informatics at Karlsruher Institute of Technology, "KIT", military research! I'm tortured with "Monarch Kitten" 24/7, also with DEWs of the US Air Force,
to which he has sold his dissertation "Query Languages" used for "Monarch Kitten"-program!
THEY damage permanent my health in any sense and I get no help from the state BRD.

As a United States citizen I am very aware of the abuses to individuals that havein some cases caused people to suicide themsleves, be murdered, and/or be committed long tterm to psychiatric facilities. This is inhumane and MUST be stopped. The pain it causes is horrific and is worse than any other weapon as any other weapon of this nature would result in death - whereas this allows indefinite torture of an individual at the most HORRIFIC levels of pain. You MUST ACT now to stop this holocaust / covert torture.

The use of electromagnetic frequency (EMF) weapons and directed energy weapons (DEW) on non-combatant innocent citizens is assault and battery of the highest order. These egregious attacks are committed without provocation on the part of victims. Many people are being maimed and are dying. The "secret" is being used by immoral and unethical persons to hide their crimes under color of law. Ban the use of these weapons immediately! I am signing due to being torture since 1994 when a military man and his wife moved next to me. My life was turn upside down. My home has been broken into all the time. my yard tore up and flowers and plants stolen. they have taken almost every thing I worked for. I heard many years ago, They want my home and was going to do everything to me and run me out. He brought one home on the lake and then one home next to me, 2nd tier. I am still been torture as I write this. I can't even live my home . I am the one over 20 years lock up in my home. If I live they will be back in and strip it again. I wait for my daughter , about once a month to come and get food and things I need or order and have send to my home by Fed ex or UPS. Yes, I really want the help in this and I also want these people to go to JAIL. Thank you for listening to me.
