I don't think we should have this kind of stress code. I can't express who I am through what I wear. I love wearing what I wear on the weekends. It makes me feel me. Not this stupid dress code.

It's so upsetting that males can get away with above the knee shorts and women can not.

Hello students of Belleville East Highschool. This is your first lady speaking on behalf of all the oppressed and under-represented female students. I believe it is our responsibility to end this wrongdoing that has gone on in so many highschools, I'm asking all students to take this pledge with me. Whether you're female, male, or any gender, this is about helping our girls everywhere in United States schools. As women we must stand up for ourselves. As women we must stand up for each other. As women we must stand for justice for all. We are making history! Thank you to everyone who has signed!

It's honestly so disgusting that as women, girls, ladies, we have to succumb to living in a man's world and are supposed to just accept that. Well not anymore. It's time we stand up and make sure everyone knows, we won't be silent and we are going to crush the partiarchy. So glad to be have a part in this movement with my sister

Every time I have been on campus I have seen boys in non dress code attire. Additionally I think the school needs to enforce an appropriate dress code for the teachers.

ALL of what you have listed is very true, we shouldn't have to stop learning because of the way boys/teachers look at us and be called "inapproapiate" . If anything it should be equal dress code for all or none at all.
WE WANT EQUALITY
Time for a change!!
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaas
