I drive from HLP to Einstein's in Pasadena for bagels every Saturday and Sunday. I'd love to be able to stay in my neighborhood and support a local business instead.

Thank you for your support. Don't you worry. We very proudly make a water bagel. That along with all of our other bagels are prepared in the most traditional ways.

Often visit Highland Park (from Pasadena), and this will be one more great reason. A request: once you're located, perhaps a few of the most-traditional-of-all water bagels with no seeds or spices covering the bagel's dense wholesomeness?

I haven't had a decent local bagel in the 40 years I've lived here. I have them shipped in from Brooklyn. Go for it!!!!
