What a crime to stop services to such a unique environment that so many people from all over the world travel to and appreciate. Not to speak of those who call this home and rely on people coming in for their economic survival.

I did a wonderful circular tour that had the Bella Coola-Port Hardy ferry as a key part. It would be a great shape to exclude this tourist route.

Bella Coola valley is beautiful and the ferry service is a vital method of transport for those wishing to experience the beauty.

A very bad decision
Did that travel in 2007 and know many tourists will like to go there in future!
What a bad bad bad idea
The region relies on the ferry for business and tourism. We want the ferry service!
As a regular writer about BC tourism, I think this is an unwise and retrograde idea.
Have visited the Valley twice from Scotland - ferry service must be kept.
This would be a sad loss for residents and travellers!
