I have seen first hand how effective this route is for tourism and how many tourists from around the world have taken it and have been lucky enough to see our amazing coast. Removing the route will have a huge negitive impact on tourism in Bella Coola.

Ferries are marine highways and should be maintained to all costal communities!

Route 40 serive must be restored. The communities of the Central Coast of BC economically depend on it. "Saving money" by cutting such a route does nobody any good, because 13 million is peanuts to a budget the size of BC, for one thing, and second the communities of the Central Coast are dealt a blow that will cripple the rest of BC's trade, unless of course you count "Vancouver area" as meaning "BC."
