Change the government if they cannot do well by the people! Restore the route service.

The potential of this srevice was never fully developed. With the right vessel, one with overnight berths, it could be successful. This route has the most spectacular scenery anywhere.

I experienced BC Ferries service from Ocean Falls first hand. Many seasonal residents were trapped when the Niimpkish was substituted for the big ferry due to equipment malfunction. Many Ocean Falls seasonal residents lost their bookings and were stranded due to lack of space on the smaller ferry. Apparently BC Ferries could'nt have cared less then about service and the cancellation of route 40 confirms this

You need to think od the people that use this ferry, you can redipuced the schedule but can't stop the route all together.

Promises were made over 30 years ago that a Ferry would service the smaller communities along the coast. Ocean Falls was one of them as there are no roads in or out. This was to provide essential service that is needed for transportaion of goods and for the community. Cut the the overhead in mangement and there will be plenty of money to provide this service, which should be year round. It shouldn't be substituted with the Nimpkish where people that travel are subject to sleeping on the floor, and can't even get food or a beverage on board.

This route is really important to us. We go to Ocean Falls every summer and it is the only way we can get there and home for a reasonable price. If this route is cancelled, we will not be able to go as often because we will have to pay airfare for our whole family to go. Please do not cancel this route!!

The Liberal Government needs to adjust its business model for BCF before the people of the Coast have service levels adjustments imposed upon them.

This decision for BCF is about more than dollars and cents, it is about an essential service to the people of the Central Coast. Surely there is fat to trim elsewhere than here.

Make BC availiable and reasonable for The Middle Class , The Middle Class People are running a Country!! So keep the Ferry Going and make it reasonable for the Working Guy and keep the Economie going!! Thank you
