I live in UK and am a BCophile, regularly vacationing there. My favouring route is via the Discovery Coast Passage on BC Ferries and have persuaded several friends in the UK to take this sensational trip. It should be promoted rather than courtailed.

This ferry is the only opportunity for foreign tourists to visit Bella Coola and Grizzly's from Vancouver Island. Don't stop it !

The cancellation of this ferry will make a massive impact on the People and visitors as we are to this area let us hope that the BC Govenment will think again, my wife and I have travelled the inside passage and will never foget it, and when we think off it we yern to visit the West Coast again.

The cancellation of the Bella Coola ferry route would be the end of the tourism in the great area of West Chilcotin and Bella Coola and with all negative consequences for the people who live there. I can't believe that this is the intension of the B.C Government.

I would urge the Government to reconsider - this will kill tourism altogether to a beautiful, unspoilt and remote part of British Columbia
