It would be a travesty to destroy the beauty of Belle Meade Boulevard… I drive down it every day to access Percy Warner Park where I can walk and exercise… There is no need to create this pedestrian sidewalk and destroy the aesthetics of the neighborhood.

This is going to be such an eyesore and a traffic mess for Belle Meade. What a travesty for the community that I have lived in my whole life.

The boulevard should remain just as it is.

Sidewalks on the Blvd are not the right answer. Thank you for your service.

We oppose the proposed changes. This will destroy the beauty of the blvd. This is our home and our street. We walk and run the blvd safely. Maybe reducing and policing the speed limit and making sure people drive in thr right lane instead of left lane are some ideas to increase safety. There are many options. Doing the proposed plan will actually put more people at risk if they are biking and will make it impossible for me to walk my dogs. We need a good distance from others to safely walk them. Please please do not ruin the current beauty of our street.

I think it is possible now to walk safely on BM Blvd with the space that is provided next to the median. I would think money would be better spent improving the walkability of Page Road. Looking at Belle Meade Blvd from the top of the stairs at the park is iconic.

Narrowing traffic lanes with the addition of an 8 inch curb is very dangerous.

Its an insane idea. Sounds very woke to me. Just bringing more people into Bellmead to use our facilities at our expense of $4 million. There will be more congestion and more accidents in more lawsuits. No more Bellmead rest that's won't use it then are using the median now. We can spend $4 million dollars in a better way. Why wasn't there a referendum and a vote on this? Who rammed it down our throats.?

Total waste of Beauty & money. Leave Belle Meade Blvd in it original Beautiful & historic design. BMB is a Historic Landmark and we need to preserve this Historic Landmark for the citizens of Belle Meade and our Community.

I thought that the Belle Meade residents had already made it clear that we do not want to lose any of the Belle Meade Blvd median green space - and we don’t want a plan that encourages more (outside) pedestrian traffic along the Boulevard either

I strongly appose a jogging path down the median

Do not change anything on belle Meade blvd. We do not need to invite more non-belle Meade residents to come to Belle Meade to walk or bike. This is our city and our neighborhood for our Belle Meade neighbors to enjoy. We pay more taxes for our neighborhood for our enjoyment!
