Who is going to do her job? No one has the same level of care she provides. Big mistake board.
KEEP BELINDA. She is the reason so many of us stay connected to the synagogue. Terrible way to treat dedicated staff.
Belinda has been the heart of this place for as long as I can remember. 18 years is a lifetime. You cant just let her go like this. Please reconsider.
She helped my family through some really tough times over the years. Her position isnt just a job its a ministry. Do the right thing.
Ridiculous decision. She knows everyone by name and makes new members feel welcome instantly. This will hurt our community more than you think.
